Work Experience Summary

Civil/Structural Engineer with experience in consulting engineering in the New York State Mid-Hudson Region since 1964. Major responsibilities include design and supervision of technical personnel involved in architectural and engineering projects from planning, design, construction to start-up of many major commercial, institutional, industrial, religious and municipal projects. Mr. Rohde's Civil Engineering design and management experience covers a variety of civil, structural and site planning projects.

Mr. Rohde’s experience includes, but is not limited to, the field measurement and documentation of existing building framing systems; structural assessment and load capacity analysis of existing building framing systems; design of reinforcements for existing building systems; replacement of structural framing systems for historic buildings (conversion from wood frame to steel frame); design of new building framing systems (reinforced concrete, structural steel, light gage metal framing, dimensional wood framing, timber framing, etc.); geotechnical analysis and building foundation designs of all types (treated wood piles, steel piles, caissons, fixed piers, standard concrete footings, etc.); foundation stabilization design, including soil grouting and underpinning; waterfront structures, including bulkheads, wood piers, floating docks, etc.; local highway, drainage and bridge design projects; site design (grading, drainage, landscaping, water, sewer, etc) for residential subdivisions, commercial, industrial and institutional projects; and consultations with contractor clients in the development of means and methods for various building construction projects.

Mr. Rohde has also provided engineering services to several municipalities withint the Mid-Hudson Region. As such, he was responsible for engineering activities associated with the Town Highway Department, Town Building Department and Town Planning and Zoning Departments. He was also responsible for town-wide implementation of the USEPA-NYSDEC Phase II Stormwater Management Practices in the Town of Lloyd.

John V. Andrews, JR., P.E.

Work Experience Summary

Civil Engineer with over twenty years experience, fourteen years in the New York State Mid-Hudson Region. Major responsibilities include planning, design and construction inspection of residential and commercial subdivisions and site plans, and preparation of Engineer's Reports for such projects as water supply systems, sewage disposal systems and State Permits. His professional experience also includes inspection of various industrial facilities to identify hazards and insure the functional ability of systems and equipment and management training. Civil Engineering design and management experience in Land Development, Wastewater Facilities, and Water Supply and Transmission Facilities. Mr. Andrews currently serves as Engineer to the Town of Fishkill Town Board and the Town of Fishkill Planning Board for all engineering matters.

Registered Engineer in New York.

Julie S. Mangarillo, P.E., CPESC

Work Experience Summary

Major responsibilities include construction site inspections of residential and commercial subdivisions and site plans, design of stormwater management facilities, and development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs). Civil Engineering design experience in Land Development, and Water Supply and Transmission Facilities and Stormwater Facilities. She has attended multiple conferences and workshops to become familiar with the latest New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management requirements and permitting. Ms. Mangarillo has reviewed projects for the Town of Beekman Planning Board.  She is project manager for the Faith Assembly of God project in Poughkeepsie and a number of past and present projects for Marist College, including the Marist waterfront project, new townhouses, and the new Hancock Center.  As part of her project duties, Ms. Mangarillo has represented clients at various Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings and obtained Board approvals for her projects.
