Rohde, Soyka & Andrews Consulting Engineers, P.C. (RSA) is a dedicated group of engineers, designers, drafters, CAD operators and administrative specialists formed to provide a wide variety of Civil Engineering services to governmental agencies, institutions, industry, developers and contractors.
RSA was formed in 1988 and is now directed by two (2) Principal Engineers who are licensed as Registered Professional Engineers in New York, Colorado, Vermont and Wyoming.
Our company generally provides services within the Mid-Hudson Valley area which includes but is not limited to Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Putnam, Columbia and Greene counties.
The company is capable of providing a full range of Civil Engineering services.
